At Cow Shows Outfitters & Guide Service, we take pride in providing quality marine products and equipment. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

All in-store and online sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated below.

Klarna Purchases

For purchases made using Klarna financing:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• Items must be new, resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

If approved, refunds will be processed back through Klarna in accordance with their policies and timelines.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers who purchase using Klarna may may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days.
• The item must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued through Klarna.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
